Who am I?

Through the different approaches and techniques, with which I work, I seek transform the life story narrative of the people who seek me out. I bring ethics, commitment, dedication, and love as the basis of my work.

I am a person who strongly trusts in the immense healing power of every human being who wants to be transformed.

My own desire to transform my life led me to choose my profession and has guided me in each step I’ve taken in my personal and professional path. I believe that the human being is body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Therefore, I conceive effective psychotherapeutic work when it can include all these instances in a professional, respectful, and loving way.

To me, the expansion of consciousness in these instances is key to the recognition and appropriation of the potential of being. It’s the path that liberates us from emotional prisons taking us to a more fulfilling and healthy life.

By putting myself at the service of life, I hope that I can contribute in a positive way to the experiences of the persons with whom I work.

About my Trajectory

I’m Brazilian, graduated in clinical psychology by PUC-Goiás, Brasil. I received my license and authorization in 2005 by the Council of Psychology of Goiás.

I specialized in Therapeutic Psychodrama (2006), Reichian Body Therapy (2008), Core Energetics (2011) and EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (2021). I had my Brazilian title of psychology recognized and approved by the Danish Psychology Council and became a member of the Danish Psychology Society (Dansk Psykolog Forening).

Clinical psychology has always been my greatest passion. I have always sought to improve myself as a therapist over the years, dedicating myself to caring for adults and teenagers, in individual sessions or in group sessions.

Specific therapeutic groups for women are also a large expression of my work. In these groups the connection with creativity, with the rites and rhythms of nature in our lives, with the essence and purpose of each woman's life are welcomed and worked on.

Since moving to Denmark in 2013, my work has opened up to something new, online therapy.

With online therapy there are no geographical limitations. Sessions can be done anywhere. And due to this, I have been able to connect with people based in Brazil and in several continents.

Within this new reality, another issue that has become very frequent in my work is therapeutic help for immigrants with their adaptation process. Currently I reside with my family in Horsens, Denmark. During the annual seasons that I spend in Brazil, I attend in person in an office, I hold therapeutic groups for women and workshops focused on personal development.
